2026 Louisiana Statewide NEMT Provider Needs & Challenges Survey

Louisiana NEMT providers are invited to share their experiences regarding reimbursement, broker operations, regulatory requirements, transportation access, and business sustainability. Your feedback will help PNEMTPAC identify common challenges and develop recommendations for discussions with the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), Medicaid health plans, transportation brokers, and policymakers.

Participation is voluntary. Findings will be reported in aggregate, with safeguards to protect identifying information. Please do not include patient names, Medicaid identification numbers, or confidential medical information. PNEMTPAC is an independent provider association; this survey is not conducted on behalf of LDH.
